Through its subsidiary "Total Ship Services" ArcelorMittal Kent Wire offers the ability to load or unload vessels up to 143 metres long and 18 metres wide, with an 8 metre draft.  As well as off-loading steel coil for manufacturing, the company has the ability to handle various other cargoes for third parties.

Using its fleet of modern mechanical handling equipment, including a 26 tonne capacity port crane and access to 60 tonne lifting equipment, the company is able to handle cargoes ranging from small loose aggregates to heavy single lifts.

Its area of operations covers that of three berths, in a secure patrolled environment and with a constant level of water assisting in maintaining the consistency of operations.
