Kent Wire's fabric is manufactured from cold reduced wire with a ribbed profile. The wire intersections are resistance welded using modern, computer controlled, automated welding machines.

All fabric is regularly tested to ensure conformity with BS4482 and BS4483 or BS4449. It also carries a CARES certificate which is an internationally recognised seal of approval, confirming that manufacturing standards are regularly checked by the Certification Authority for Reinforcing Steels.

Fabric produced for sale in Norway also complies with NS 3576. Regular inspection by Kontrollradet ensures compliance to the Norwegian standard.
